Account Registration

• Your login credentials (username and password) must be kept strictly confidential. Any consequences arising from sharing them with a third party are solely the user's responsibility.
• Any suspicious activity on your account must be reported to Betred support immediately.
• Withdrawals will be restricted until identity verification (KYC) is completed.

Age Requirement & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Betred. Anyone under this age is not permitted to open an account or access any of our services.

Betred may request additional documents for age and identity verification at any time. You may be asked to submit a copy of your National ID, birth certificate, or passport.

• If a user is identified as a minor, their account will be permanently closed.
• Any funds deposited into a minor's account will not be refunded.
• Betred encourages parents to use parental controls to prevent their children from accessing this platform.

Payments & Deposits

Betred currently accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. You must use your own registered number when making a deposit.

• Deposits made from a third-party account will be cancelled and returned.
• There are no hidden charges on deposits. Betred covers all payment gateway fees.
• Closing the app during a deposit may cause the transaction to fail. If this happens, please contact support.

Withdrawal Policy

To withdraw winnings from Betred, you must first complete identity verification (KYC). Withdrawal requests will not be processed without it.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 300.
• The maximum daily withdrawal limit is ৳1,00,000 BDT (higher limits apply for VIP members).
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same number used for the original deposit.
• Withdrawals are usually processed within 15 minutes. During peak times, it may take up to 24 hours.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Withdrawal is only possible after the wagering requirements have been met.

• In an acca bet, all selections must win. If any one loses, the entire bet is lost.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Betred. Any such action may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of your balance.

• Participating in match fixing or any other fraudulent activity.
• Placing bets using software, bots, or any automated method.
• Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts.
• Operating an account using someone else's identity.
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or technical glitches.
• Harassment of other users or any form of inappropriate conduct.
• Any activity related to money laundering or illegal funds.

Account Suspension & Termination

Betred may suspend or permanently close an account without notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of these Terms.
• Providing false or inaccurate information.
• Failure to complete identity verification or refusal to cooperate with the verification process.
• Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (typically 12 months).
• Suspected involvement in prohibited activities.

Users may also close their account at any time by contacting support. Any remaining balance will be refunded upon voluntary closure.

Responsible Gambling
